A very quiet Friday but busy teaching. It was a pleasure going by metro today, no cheeks pressed up against the window on the yellow line heading to Pinheiros. It almost felt lonely down there but the more livelier it was on a sunny balcony, in Rua Oscar Freire, teaching three dedicated personal trainers.
