A Hero

Today, 20 years ago, the Brazilian national hero Ayrton Senna hit the disastrous concrete wall in Imola, Italy. A crash that stole his life. This afternoon we went to the Morumbi Cemetery, to visit his grave and to pay tribute. Not only was Senna a world class racing driver but he was also (and still is) a noble Brazilian citizen supporting less privileged children in his home country through his Instituto Ayrton Senna. Interestingly enough, many Brazilians still consider Senna to be bigger than Pele.
