Phew






What a battle!! Opened the sticky jack fruit. Delicious flavor but a lot of work. It has nice stones that can be baked in the oven with some salt, I googled. As soon as you start cutting the fruit a liquid, very similar to latex, comes out through the pulp. In order to get our hands clean we used nail polish remover and olive oil. We still have the second half in the fridge, not sure we have the patience to attack it!!
