Since yesterday´s post was about a relative to the alligator family, I thought it was appropriate to focus on avocado today. "The avocado is colloquially known as the Alligator Pear, reflecting its shape and the leather-like appearance of its skin."
Avocado is indubitably one of my favorite fruits/vegetables and I therefore decided to grow my own tree. It worked in Siberian Sweden years ago so, positivly, it should work in tropical São Paulo as well.
