Last evening we enjoyed an Argentinian wine testing in a restaurant, called Vino, located in our neighborhood Itaim Bibi. Five different dishes, five different wines and a very charismatic sommelier which all combined offered interesting and delicious taste sensations. The wine house represented was Casarena in the Mendoza district. The Flying Dutchman's favorite was a Ramanegra Estate Sauvignon Blanc and my favorite was a Ramanegra Reserva Red Blend.
