Last Christmas the Sheikh only gave me one day off which was not enough time for me to go to Sweden and celebrate Christmas with my wonderful family. Instead I went to Tiblisi, Georgia, which you can read more about here. However, in May the Flying Dutchman and I went for a fantastic visit to a summery Eurovision Sweden and meanwhile I also collected Christmas gifts. This delicious cookbook was a gift from my brother and I am sure many of you are familiar with this spicy lady already. I strongly recommend it and Tina certainly makes cooking fun.
