In Brazil, it rains suddenly AND a lot. Not always smooth with a soaking wet umbrella when one has to walk into a meeting, doctor's appointment, a shop or a classroom. Hence, I think it is so smart with these umbrella plastic bags outside buildings or right inside the foyer. No dripping on clothes and documents - problem solved! An umbrella in your handbag is just as important as an YSL lipgloss in the very same.
