Instead Of

In between classes I meet up with my good friend Carolina. Instead of a cafe as a venue for our rendez-vouz, we chose destination Ibirapuera and enjoyed the green and the lake for a bit more than an hour.
I brought home brewed coffee, my two scout cups from 1988 and passion fruit juice while Carolina brought a passion fruit cake. (Yes, we like passion fruit.) Must say, picnics are so underestimated.
