I had a quick coffee with my very good friend, Raegan, this morning. We haven't seen each other since December and therefore I received my belated Christmas gifts today. We can call it nutrition, if you like. Low calorie candy. She is American, as you can figure, and I am convinced I was American, as well, in a previous life. Thank you so much, Ra!
