Not much sunshine this weekend. It is supposed to be spring, almost summer, but the last days have insisted on Swedish autumn. Consequently, we have spent a good amount of time in our lovely apartment, EATING!! Our new "guinea pig" today was filet americain. Another jewel from the Dutch cuisine. Raw filet mignon blended with spices, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, mayo, onion, eggs and some other stuff. Make sure not to add too much of salmonella. And as my new Brazilian tradition goes, not a single weekend without my new favorite soda, guarana antarctica.
