Last Saturday we drove to a fazenda, Haras do Mosteiro, in Itu, a city 1h by car from São Paulo. Together with a "horse guide" and three well behaved horses, we went out on a fantastic tour. The landscape was beautiful, elegant riders were playing polo in the far distance, the sun gave off perfect heat, cute houses, dead snakes on the road... Such a relaxing and pleasing moment. Once back at the fazenda, the owner served the best caipirinhas we have had so far in"Brasiu." This is certainly a place to return to.
To those who know me very well...yes, I am in the process of learning to appreciate beer.
