The Flying Dutchman loves cheese, Dutch cheese. It is like his own jewelry box in the fridge. He is currently travelling but will be thrilled, when he comes home, to find not only me, but a 2 kg re-supply of Dutch cheese, donated by his kind colleague, who just returned from Holland.
