On Sunday we meet up with my energetic friend, Raegan, and her family for a churrasco. This is heaven for meat lovers and for vegetarians, actually yes, they can indulge in a generous and fresh salad bar. You get a meat card in order to identify your favorite parts of the animal and a coin that you flip to green, if you want the meat coming and to red, if you need a few minutes of "meat recovery." So once the garcom comes up to your table, you need to be prepared with your meat nippers and claim your piece! Keep in mind, the meat tastes even better with a caipirinha!
And yes, I shouldn´t eat solid food 3 days after my operation but I was starving!
Nota bene: for some reason I couldn´t turn the "meat card."
