Carl Von Linné








We visited Jardim Botânico de São Paulo, this weekend. The park itself was not very impressive but it was nice to escape the traffic anarchy for a while and just chill in the green oasis. Believe it or not, but I bumped into my countryman, Carl Von Linné, the world famous botanist. As you know, CVL  laid the foundations for the modern scheme of binomial nomenclature. Afterwards, the Flying Dutchman tried to track down an ant that was seeking shelter in my nose...
