This picture is taken on 8 June 2013 in an escritorio servico de registo (add a cedilha or two and a acento agudo and then it should be perfect Portuguese) in Sao Paulo. This was the day when Carolina and Marco initiated their Brazilian wedding process and Carolina asked me to be her witness. I haven't known Carolina for many months and she has chosen me to be her wedding witness. It was heart warming and made me truly happy. It is indeed a beautiful thing to find a wonderful friend so quickly in a new "home country." The cheerful dude to the left is Marco's witness. Their casemento will take place on 20 July 2013.
