Last Wednesday, 12 June, I visited the Tetra Pak factory in Morte Mor, north of Sao Paulo. A visit arranged by the Swedish Chamber of Commerce. While the charismatic HR-director gave us a very interesting presentation about the company and its employee value proposition (EVP) I took the opportunity to try a few different juices. My new favorite is uva (grape).
Tetra Pak Brazil has the biggest factory worldwide but is still beaten by China unit wise. Both countries produce the same volume of paper however China sells smaller units so called portion packages where as the Brazilian market requires family packages. This only puts Brazil as the second biggest market.
